Back from the family 'giving meal. Yum. Turkey and meatballs and mashed and gravy and rolls from scratch and stuffing and baked mac n' cheese and little tiny pickle appetizers. Plus for those who like the veg-eatables, there was asparagus in cheesey sauce and spanakopita. Of course every big family meal includes my grandmother's spanakopita. I ducked out early to try and snag another nap before work while everyone was chowing on marbled fudge cake and watching the ASU game. Still got to see the extended local family as I so rarely do since moving. Tim and his wife and kids. Mike's brother and sister and his oldest kid and her youngest...

So that should tide me over on big meals and family until Christmas when much of the non-local family will be in town again...
