I actually love this movie, in a bad 1950s kind of way. Its no Angry Red Planet, but I love it still. Oh, you're right, its horribly stupid.

You didnt like the fact he could BREATHE on Mars? Come on, we ALL know that Mars is just like the Himalayas, really thin air but still habitable.

Oh, this ain't such a bad movie. It shows its age re: some peculiar ideas about Mars and science, but it's a beautiful-looking and fun film. LET THE LOVE IN!
