Once again I check on efiling my taxes. I started it at the end of last month, but after coming up with a final result where I owed money, I decided to put it off while I looked and tried to find some more deductions...

And I found that I have the student loan intrest payment from when they seized LAST YEARS refund. So I add that in. And I still owe 75 dollars.

I made LESS THAN 12 GRAND last year! Fucking bastards!

dont forget EIC and that you can write off medical expenses and premiums to med ins.

Also, State and Local Income Tax payments are 100% deductible from your Federal Return. Plus, even if your state doesn't have an Income Tax (or its and incredibly low amount), you can claim Sales Tax you paid last year as a deduction instead. (New law; went in effect this year.) Be advised though: you can't deduct both the State/Local Income Tax along with the Sales Tax -- you gotta choose one or the other.
