Can I recommend something here? "Life on Mars" on ABC. Great writing, cool look, good story and enough sci-fi to keep you guessing. Truly an underrated gem...

Adore Big Bang Theory. Can't miss it, and I think hubby bought the first season DVD as soon as it was released.

Bright spot in teh middle of the week is Top Chef.
