This lacked the cynical bite of Judge's Office Space or Idiocracy, but was still fairly funny. In a general laid-back kind of way. Though of course the concept of testicular loss is one that wince at more in empathy than humor. Most importantly both Mila Kunis and Ben Affleck are not annoying. I mean not likeable, 'cause one is a small time grifter and the other a drug pushing, gigolo pimping bartender. But I didn't want to punch them in the throat to make them stop talking. So good job on that to both of them...

The premise of this movie by Mike Judge is fairly simple. Its 500 years in the future, and thanks to the fact that morons outbreed smart people America is full of idiots incapable of solving any of their problems. Lucky for them Joe (the Army's most average soldier) and Rita (a hooker) volunteer to take part in a cryrogenic research project. Only instead of being suspended for a year, they're lost untill 500 years later. Eventually Joe is recruited by President Camacho (Ultimate Smackdown champ and porn star) to be the new Secretary of the Interior...

Very much a In the Land of the Blind the One-Eyed Man is King kind of story. Fairly funny, though not as good as Office Space. Still the fact that it was basically fast-tracked from studio to a miniscule release to a dvd release means its destined for Cult Classic status...
