You know COX, you probably would have been better off NOT sending me the COX Customer Guide. Then I would have continued to think I had GOOD internet. Instead of finding out I likely have crap internet and would have to pay you 3 to 4 times as much a month for REAL high-speed. Now I have to go to the fucking hassle of checking out what would be required to switch to Qwest or someone else...
