I can't decide on just one. So many good cheeses, so many wonderful dishes. Provolone for sandwiches, Mozzarella and Parmesan for pasta, feta or blue on salads, gouda, cheddar, havarti, or jack on crackers, string form or garlic curds for a quick snack. YUM!!
