I saw the episode.

When I heard the diagnosis, I started freaking out... because House dealing with an actual case of lupus is the Seventh Sign of the Apocolypse.

pfft, I'm not surprised they wouldn't know lupus when it bit them. It is one of the most often diagnosed disorders.
