LotR: 1st Age - Mass Combat

Things went better this week. We were attempting to escort a large group of my character's people out of the immeadiate war zone. And ended up testing out the mass combat rules. I still think Josh needs to worry less about the combat rules, at least against sword fodder, to both speed up the combat and up the "epic" feel. Also the five attackers jump the pc leader in every mass combat round? That needs to be dropped. Autumn and Brendan were getting unfaily nickle and dimed...
Still Noah's fight against the Werewolf leader was good. And Elf Healer, me and Brendan against the Orc Champion also nice...
Still next week my character will have to execute his traitorous, forsworn cousin. Which will make me a kinslayer and cursed. But what choice do I have? I'm the highest ranking noble my sub-group has left. And he betrayed his family, his people and broke his oaths...

"We have to feed the people!" (Well, that last one was a good idea.) Still, she seems a little pushy for someone who's supposed to be a shy woodsman. And single-handedly attacking a bloc of cav is just stupid. I thought for sure she was going to bite it last session.
