You're going to need to put it somewhere the internet can get it - upload it to a website, stick it up on yousendit.com, etc. By default, you can't (and DON'T WANT TO) share your hard disk to the internet.
(Unless you're running a web server on your PC, which I doubt because, if you were, you'd know how to do this already.)
