Cake?

I need cake.

There is no cake in the house.

There is pie. But I am managing to resist eating it

Which is hard because its apple pie with a caramel crust.

I had a sugar-free pudding snack instead.

It tasted vaguely like pudding and vaguely like chocolate and mostly like the Lack of Cake.

I need chok'lit cake...

I have to agree. When Buddhist priests want to drive evil out of the world, they bake it into a cake and offer it to a god, in the hopes that the god will eat the evil with the cake.

Many hundreds of years and millions of cakes later, you can see how well the idea has worked.

I can offer you a slice of cornbread. It isn't chocolate, but the texture is definitely cakeish.
