What can I say about this movie. Its my favorite gangland genre movie. And well it should be. Outstanding performances from the entire cast. Perfect period dialogue. Some of the Coen brothers' best writing and directing. And with future all-star Barry Sonnenfeld as the director of photography the cinematography is outstanding. Plus who doesn't love seeing Gabriel Byrne get beat up. A lot. At least once by a girl...
