Ok, this picture here? Thats Mars. Another planet. And we can look at pictures of it. Color pictures of another fucking planet. And I just scolled past it when reading my friends list. And then I had to stop and go back and think about it. Because dude. Color photos of Mars...

I remember when the Viking Probes landed, and how worked up folks got about being able to see the surface of Mars.

Now we've got two little rovers up there, moving around & sightseeing, two years after they landed.

The mind -- she boggles.
