And an almost laughably under-reacting Chinese government to help set up the Outnumbered Heroes Outsmart the Evil Bad Baddies. And their quest to manipulate the tin market. I mean seriously the initial mass casualty attack on fucking China of all countries is just a test run? Who would do that?
