New Comics Day 4/15
Apr. 15th, 2009 05:32 pmGot shorted one book, but picked up another from last week. Plus I got that 1st issue of Randy "Something Positive" Milholland's Super Stupor. Good to see someone at least thought of making some money off their old Superguy ideas...
From last week I got X-Men First Class: Finals. Which is ok, but not Parker's best work. Still it has the last part of the Parker written, Coover drawn Cyclops/Marvel Girl date. Which includes Man-Thing and a cameo by the Champions of L.A...
Also out is a new Incognito, with Zack Overkill trying to decide what to do about the friend who wants him to rob a bank. Oh and some super-powered thugs...
The new Fables starts up the Literals Crossover with Jack of Fables and continues Mr. Dark's growing influence in New York and Brock the Badger's starting of a Blue Boy cult...
Zee leaves the Parco controlled areas of the DMZ only to get sucked into saving some idiot's life. Again...
And lastly we have the finale for 100 Bullets. Everything comes to a head, the remains of the Trust vs. the remains of the Minutemen. Bullets fly and blood flows. Bodies litter the landscape and only a few will remain standing at the end...
