So yeah, well past being Tuesday at this point. But I was at the 'rents place all day, waiting for the "new" car to be ready (its not, hopefully today). So no books, no dice. I meant to grab something when I stopped off at the apartment briefly to change for tonight and grab clothes for Wednesday. But, well, I forgot. So while waiting for the morning coffee to brew up I hit the internet and found a quick and easy char generator for AD&D: 1e. So we'll show the results from that. Sadly it doesn't have a code embedder and I don't know how to do that on my own...

First go around:

STR 14
INT 8
WIS 9
DEX 10
CON 9
CHR 8

Gender - Male
Race - Gnome
Class - With those stats? Fighter
Alignment - Neutral/Good

Hit Points 6
Base AC 10
Gold Pieces 120

Age 69
Height 3'8.5" (.5? Really?)
Weight 78 lbs (That seems kind of chunky for someone under 4 foot.)

Anyway, looking at those stats I will name him Jjimmy the Wit. Because gnomes like opposite nicknames as much as anyone...

TRY TWO

Oh man.
STR 13
INT 10
WIS 6
DEX 8
CON 13
CHR 6

Human Male, Lawful Good, Fighter

Age 18, Height 5', Weight 109 lbs

Hit Points 2
Base AC 10 (With his DEX its actually going to be worse than that but I don't think the program knows how to do that)
GP 150

Foolish, clumsy and a jerk. Say hello to Tommy Getskilled. A character who's only point is to die and let the rest of the party loot his corpse...

ONE LAST TRY

STR 14
INT 9
WIS 7
DEX 14
CON 7
CHA 8

Female Elf, Fighter/Thief, Chaotic Good
Age 160, Height 4'7.5", Weight 83lbs

Hit Points 6
Base AC 10
GP 80

Why are all my characters foolish jerks? Don't answer that! Anyway I will name her Aylissa Poisonivy after Alyssa Milano's greatest movie role...

A very light pull list this week, only three books. We've got Invincible #60, featuring guest-stars from every damn Image character fighting an army of other-dimensional Invincibles. Including Pitt. Seriously. Pitt! I never thought I'd have a book with both Madman and Pitt in it...

A new Angel as well. With Gwen trying to redeem herself for her sort-of traitorous acts from when everyone was in Hell. Plus they make a new friend of a morally questionable wereleopard...

And lastly I grabbed the new Groom Lake by Chris Ryall with art by Templesmith. Aliens and secret government agencies and rampaging robots and a dog. Pretty decent so far, I'm willing to keep checking it out...
