Well, in the TWO days I've had my new home internet connection its stopped working THREE times. And thats with me getting annoyed and doing something else (like sleeping) for large portions of that. I fixed it once on my own (by unplugging everything and rebooting), once with the automated troubleshooter and this last time with an actual tech. But Cox is no help in explaining WHY its happening and HOW to avoid it happening again. They say there are issues with certain sites (including ebay and yahoo), none of which are ones I use. My homepage is MSN and when that won't load I try here and [profile] spoonyone's forums. Which work fine NOW. But who knows if it won't all crap out in an hour again. I have desire to have to call up customer support several times a day to log on...

Seriously?

AMC gives further proof it doesn't understand its own damn name. I can accept that they're doing first-run shows now, since it seems to be a requirement. Plus "Mad Men" is pretty damn good. But this? This is crazier than Jaws 2. Or Catwoman. They have reached a new pinnacle in non-classic movies. Currently airing: Steven Seagal's Marked for Death. I'd argue that this barely qualifies under the tag "movie", much less "classic"...
