One day I'm going to see how far these z-list mortage companies will go in the lending process before they realize I'm NOT a home-owner but am an low-income guy who rents a room from his parents. I swear I get 1 or 2 of these offers a week. Do they do no research at all before sending out mass mailings?

ABC debuted two new sitcomcs tonight. First The Knights of Prosperity and then In Case of Emergancy. Both are similar in that they feature casts of losers run-down by life. But the first has a cast you want to suceed in their wacky plan. And the second has a cast where if they end up going to jail you'll be ok with it. Emergancy has some funny moments, but its hampered by the fact that Johnathan "Single Guy" Silverman is so far the only likeable character. On the other hand it has Jon Favreau as an executive producer so I figure its worth giving another chance...
Knights is definately worth watching again. Plus it has Mic Jagger being a total a-hole. And I've always liked Donal Louge, who does lower class so well...
