New Comics Day

New Comics Day! Huzzah!
And first thing out of the gate: Grimjack: Killer Instinct. Where John and Fangs deal with some nasty Wraiths, a horde of zombies and get yelled at. Whoo! Plus the origin of John Gaunt's "undercover" alias...
Next up is issue #1 of Dr. Blink, Superhero Shrink. He's a shrink for superhumans, not a superpowered psychiatrist. Or a guy who shrinks. Some good Kovalic humor and I like Christopher Jones dude's art stylings...
And on to Powers which is a mostly an interview issue. That is it's one of those issues that mostly focuses around interviewing a suspect. And of course several pages of a mutilated corpse. Ooo, squelchy...
Onward and upward with Invincible. Its Mark's first day at college, but first a revelation from Eve. No not that one. And more zombie cyborgs! Rarh!
And over to Savage Dragon where WildStar returns! To avenge his own death! Kind of. And Mr. Glum pounds nefarious ne'er do well buttocks! Go Mr. Glum! Plus a back-up story with Horridus and the new Dart...
And finally a new Outsiders. Where Nightwing and Batman yell at each other. Well mostly Dick yells and Bruce is all calm and chill and stuff. And some hints of yet MORE "Identiy Crisis" fall-out...
