Background/Notes: The Raven League experimented on Peter and his twin sister Angela on from the age of 4. Eventually the two of them managed to escape their tormentors and destroy them. The two of them were successful con artists until they hooked up with the Thieves’ Guild. There the poor leadership of the villain Bandit King got Angela captured. Now Figment works for the Syndicate, earning the favors he needs to get his sister freed. He still holds Bandit King responsible for his sister’s imprisonment.
