Rob might be OK as a writer. He has created some characters that have gone on to be very popular. However, his artistry SUCKS. I would rather look at books drawn by Sam Keith all day. At least Keith has a style that flows together, Rob just can't draw.

As far as running Hawk & Dove into the ground, I think that wasn't so much his fault as the fact H&D suck, have always sucked and always WILL suck. They are nominal characters, the Cloak & Dagger of DC. Interesting on the surface, and seemingly a sure thing for their own book, but once they get their own book it flounders.

I haven't read anything published by DC in about a decade... And this news only confirms that I made a wise decision.
