My sister has been telling me the cops in her area have really been "putting the screws" to the average driver for a couple of years now: the slightest moving violation regularly involves a 3-digit fine and "points".

And people wonder why I don't own a car...

PPD is really cracking down on the school zones. I live by both a elementary and a high school. Police all over the place.

Wow, I can't think of a school around here that has a speed limit of 15. At least now we know how your community is handling the down turn in the economy. :(
