-: Given the fairly draconian zero tolerance policy many schools institute now, the level of harassment Kurt is getting seems unbelievable. Insults, shoving, threats of escalating violence? Even with the level of incompetence some of the staff at the high school shows I'd still be expecting suspensions, expulsions or even prosecution. Hell this episode points out Rachel's two gay dads again. Her two gay LAWYER dads. Yeah it all worked from a dramatic tension building way, but I kept wondering what the hell was wrong with the faculty that would let it reach the point where Glee-club vigilantism needs to be invoked...

Sue's a sociopath(except where the mentally handicapped are involved), and the Principal BELIEVES IN VAMPIRES. And these are the more with-it adult characters. It's not all that surprising.
