Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths

Dwayne McDuffie (who was behind much of the best of JL & JLU) writes the animated adaptation of the Grant Morrison Earth-2 story. I liked the cameos by the mirror Earth-2 "heroes" that served as lackeys to the Crime Syndicate. Though I'm probably one of like three people who likes "good" Joker being the Jokester instead of Red Hood or the Jester. And President Slade Wilson was an interesting touch. I'm not sure I agree with how Batman sort of sets up the death of two different people in it. It always feels like a misstep to me to have Batsy even indirectly responsible for someone's death...

Batman and Death

Batman and death go hand in hand. He has been wussified over the years, and its always nice to see him grow some backbone and recognize when hard decisions have to be made. His attitude towards the law and death are what set him apart from Superman. Had it been Supes who made the decisions that killed those two characters I would have a major problem with it.
