And this week its Werewolf: the Wild West with Hector Amos, Bonegnawer, scout and mountainman. We'll make him of Homid stock and born to the Theurge Auspice...
That gives him a starting Rage of 2, Gnosis of 1, Willpower of 4 and Initial Gifts options of Jam Gun, Persuasion, Mother's Touch, Sense Wyrm, Spirit Speech, Odious Aroma and Stone Soup...

And that leaves the 15 Freebie points. We'll bump Gnosis to 3 at 2pts each, Rage and Willpower to 5 at 1pt each. For a total spent of 8. Abilities are 2 pts each so Survival goes to 5 (Tracking), and a dot in Linguistics to take the language of the most prominent Native-American tribe in the campaign starting area. The last point will go to buying a dot of Kinfolk, representing some cousins who live in a nearby town...
With no resources, starting gear is pretty basic. Dirty clothes, mostly assorted leathers and furs. A blanket and used Army pack. A big knife and an beat up rifle and a couple dozen bullets for it...
