It was hard to pick between my two favorites, Che and DuBois.
DuBois may have inspired a storyline of Deathlok, but Che is almost Christ-like in his iconography and popular image. Plus there is no denying the irony of how much his likeness has invaded and saturated capitalism.

Back when he was in college here, [livejournal.com profile] crimsonjoe had a poster with the letters UC re-arranged into a hammer and sickle. True story.

Then he went outside and punched a cop.
