Christmas shopping: DONE

Which was made easier in that family-wise we're only supposed to be shopping for the kids. So other than my brother and his wife, I only had to buy gifts for a few adults...

What I got people -
The "Grown-Ups":
Nate & Mary: The Lost Cities card game. Its two-player so they don't have to find other people like previous games I've got them. Also my copy of The Job: The Complete Series. Great show, but I haven't watched it since I bought a few years back.

The Roommate: A secret because he reads this.

Kevin & The Girlfriend Who's Name I Forget: Apples to Apples if only because the next time they have a big party I'd like a group game for people that ISN'T Rock Band...

The Kids
Stepsister Jessica's kids -
Jayonna (11): Azumanga Daioh vol. 1
Jahnay (9): Yotsuba@ vol. 5
Jocelyn (2 1/2): One of those plush germs. I was going to go with the Pox which is cute pink spiral, but I didn't want to be the one who brought about a "Mommy, whats syphilis?" So she gets a cute square thing that is the Kissing Disease.

Uncle Tim & Antonette's kids -
Madeline (6): Polly & The Pirates
Peter (4): A kids activity and picture book involving Spider-Man. Its listed as 6-10, but it had several positive reviews from parents with younger kids.
Daniel (2): Another plush germ. Or bug I think. Its a cute little Dust Mite.

Nate & Mary's baby Claire (1 1/2): A toy "radio" that plays various classical tunes, has lights and big buttons to play with.

You know LJ has a message function. So you don't have to put up random stuff in comments?

Apples to Apples rules. I have gotten it for all my family. Kids can play it too, my 7 year old nephew does JUST as good as the adults, even playing the adult version. But for a few years before that, he was playing apples to apples jr, which the adults still had fun with.
