Oh, Weaselking already answered 17. I've seen Strange Days twice, but I don't think I would have remembered it without his help (or a Google Search).

I do have a guess for 20, though. Is it Seraphim Falls? You watched that one right after I did. I keep picturing Pierce Brosnan every time I read that line and that's the only movie he's done recently where that quote would be appropriate.
