Where's my money? Its 4 am. So where is the money? I look and no money. I look again. Still no money. Where is it? Perhaps you misunderstand our relationship. In exchange for labor from the employee (which is to say me) the employer gives up some of their money. They do this by Directly Depositing it into my bank account. Thus there is no waiting for checks. There is no picking up of checks. There is no cashing of checks. There is only me having my money. Which I do not have. So again. Where? Is? The Money?

UPDATE: Apparantly, since it was Christmas, payroll decided to take a week off from doing the EASY part of their jobs. So no direct deposit on this check. I have to drive the fuck down to work, pick up my check and then drive to the fucking bank, wait in the FUCKING LINE ALL SO I CAN HAVE MY FUCKING MONEY. I am not fucking happy. You can MAIL OUT A CHECK, but you can't PUSH A FUCKING BUTTON TO MOVE ONE BIT OF ELECTRONIC DATA FROM ONE BANK TO ANOTHER!

And my direct deposit normally hits by 1 or 2 am at the latest...
