Huh, guess I forgot to write up the session before the last.  Anyway we defeated the Dark Lord of the Dance in the normal manner.  Having everyone whittle away at the foe until Frazier's Krogar could get in multiple solid hits and take out the majority of its hit points.  The defeat of the Demonic Dance Master added to the barbed devil gave several of us enough to level up to 13.  Well at least it was split four ways since Matt's shadow dancer was declared most definitely deceased.  So we got to meet his new wizard PC who is in the castle after being geased to find some other wizard's missing staff.  Happily among his many, many wizard spells was rope trick.  Meaning a way to safely camp in the haunted castle.  We ended the session by heading into the second level of the main castle and a quick battle with some more undead minotaur guards...

This week's session found our party entering the main throne room and meeting the undead castellan.  Basically the original lord of the castle was the child of the god of death.  And eventually got turned into a dragon or something.  Then killed by a paladin (whose sword is the mcguffin we're looking for).  Then he got turned into an evil crown I guess?  Which is the artifact being used by the mad queen.  Anyway his castellan is the head ghost apparently.  With chains leading off into the castle and latched onto unknown monsters.  Seems like he's the one who has been hitting my evil butt with CHA drains daily in an attempt to chain me to him...

While we managed to beat the castellan and his ghost lackeys, it turns out that we have to take out all his anchors first or he just pops back up a minute or so later.  So we beat a quick retreat from the throne room to regroup and replan...
