Divergent

It was basically like a CW pilot.  Yeah.  Lots of fairly bland pretty "teen" actors dealing with some kind of scif/fantasy gimmick.  In this case a post WW-something city divided into factions.  Those being Happy Farmers, Hippy Socialists (who get to the run the government for reasons), Bad Logic Vulcans, Truthful Jerks and Faux-Rebel Soldiers.  Non-faction people get to be Trash Picking Bums.  I'm not sure why in a still partially ruined city you wouldn't use everyone available as labor force, but no faction = no job.  Also the Farmers and Truthful Jerk groups don't show up much...
