The basic concept is very Escape from New York. Paris walls off their worst crime area. Criminals steal a bomb. Government recruits hero from prison. Though the lead is actually more heroic than anti-heroic like Snake Pliskin. But mostly the movie serves as a showcase for the two leads' pakour and savate skills. Nothing really deep, but quick and fun. Like the better Jason Statham movies really...
