I'm still surprised with Marvel. They're getting me to give them money for a Marvel Zombies comic AND a book about the Sentry. But how can I resist The Age of the Sentry!? It's A story has a giant bear with laser eyes, Truman Capote, a caveman stockbroker and Carol "The Sentress" Danvers. I just love all the background character's created for the fake covers of Marvel's non-existent Silver Age. And I would pay cash dollars for a book featuring X-Rex: Reptile Ranger if he were teamed with Devil Dinosaur & Moon Boy...

And the Guardians of the Galaxy find out what the secret of Cosmo's Skrull friends is. Also Cosmo? Is apparently a major heavyweight. Oh and Drax lets Phyla know why he's been sneaking about before. It seems he hasn't forgotten about Cammi. "I lost one kid. I been trying not to lose another." Oh Drax. You giant fucking softie...

Finishing up with Marvel with the last issue of Skrulls vs. Power Pack. Where the Pack show up Puzzle Planets, Skrulls and stupid bounty hunters...

Next is a new Dynamo5, with Scatterbrain going into Maggie's brain to push her out of her coma. So we get some flash-backs to her and Dynamo's life together...

And another new Fables. Has it been a month already? Damn. Anyhow, this issue continues to look at the ramification's of the collapse of the Empire. 2nd and 3rd and later generation Fables want to be allowed to journey to the Homelands and find new homes. Adventurer-mercenaries Freddy and Mouse (an obvious Fahfrd & the Grey Mouser swipe) are looking for their retirement score in their rebelling corner of the ex-Empire. Rose Red has a new beau. And Mowgli & Bagheera are sent back to the Indian Fable's lands to scout out where things stand, with Bigby's brothers along as bodyguards. And a note for Willingham spelling out that he plans to go another 75 issues dealing with the repercussions from WINNING the war...

And lastly another issue of Templesmith's Welcome to Hoxford. Its the surviving inmates vs. their werewolf guards. With confused, crazy Ray leading the way...
