Sometimes the LOLfeed just matches so nicely...

And counting a couple missed re-orders its another double digit pull list this week. AND several more Marvel Adventures pocket trades from Amazon. But here's the new stuff...

Starting with Patsy Walker: Hellcat. Where Kathryn Immonen's manic pace and shotgun dialogue will either enthrall (me) or repel (people missing some crucial part of their very soul). Anyway Patsy keeps up her journey into Alaska's spirit world, while making friends and being delightfully and whimsically awesome. Not bad for the Ex-Bride of Hell...

Then its a new issue of Criminal where Brubaker continues to put out one of the top books on the market. Continuing the tale of ex-forger, turned murder suspect, turned comic stripper, turned reluctant forger again...

Also on the noir front is the finale for the second volume of Damned. "Prodigal Sons" ends with a family reunion and more mysterious hints about the demonic Verlochin's plans for Eddie and his kin...

On Dynamo5 Scrap and her new team have its first mission, while most of the other super-siblings try to find a new direction...

Joe Kelly's second issue of I Kill Giants comes out and Barbara the would be giant slayer makes friends and prepares for possible giant attacks. Or is possibly really crazy. But as a fellow rpg nerd I'll say she's defending her home from potential monster attacks...

Covers shouldn't promise what they don't deliver. Like this month's Invincible which implies a brotherly brawl between Mark and his kid brother, Kid Omni-Man. Instead the two fight the Mauler Twins and a nuclear emergancy...

Templesmith's latest horror book, Welcome to Hoxford pulls the trigger on revealing who the warden and guards of the new prison are. A pack of homicidal, hungry Russian werewolves. And as long as Ray is actually delusional about being Cronus I'm sure they're hunt of the super-max prisoners will go perfectly fine...

On the new Ex Machina Mayor Hundred lets his deputy in on his plans for the '04 election. And costumed thrill seeker and weirdo makes another try at connecting with her favorite super-hero...

And we finish with 100 Bullets and Remi waking up in the hospital after the explosive ending of his attempt on the life of D'Arcy. Plus his brother takes a cab ride. As always its the patter of Azzarello's characters that makes the book...
