Christmas Shopping

Ok, I need to buy gifts for the niecelings this week. Since I blew most of my gift budget on a new tire, its a good thing everyone else is saying we're not doing much gift buying this year. But I need ideas for books or comics for girls in the 6-10 year range. Preferably something that might challenge them a bit and not just the normal Disney Princess pap...

I did Leave it to Chance last year, so any other ideas?

Ranger/Rogue? DO YOU EVEN UNDERSTAND HOW D&D works? You have my Str at 9 and my Dex at 11! My best stat is a 15 in Int, with 13s in Wis and Cha. How does that NOT say Wizard? Or even Sorceror! And really with those stats I'd be looking at going Wizard and maybe multi into Cleric for some arts & beauty type god...

I mean did the creator of this ever actually PLAY any version of D&D?

Can't sleep...

So. Damn. Tired...

I really, really, really, really, REALLY wish I could manage more than 2 or 3 hours of sleep at a stretch right now. So far the only time I sleep solidly is in the afternoon. And thats after tossing and turning for an hour or two. Which means I'm getting NOTHING done...

I need to go refill some prescriptions. But right now I'd probably run into something...

Oh and that Interests Inspiration Meme? Yeah, I've got several more done. I just need to have the energy to fucking type them up...

And since I've halfway figured out how to work my scanner I want to do some posts on scans_daily. Try and pimp some non-Big Two stuff. But I just can't focus to dig out the issues I want...
