August 12th: Robert Parker - Sudden Mischief: Spenser investigates his girlfriend's ex, who is accused of sexual harrasment. Which of course gets more complicated with dangerous criminal's getting involved and someone who's willing to commit murder to try and get clear of it all...
August 14th: Steven Brust - Dzur: Brust's latest Vlad Taltos novel. With Vlad returning to his home to try and help his ex-wife who has got on the wrong side of the Left Hand of the Jhereg...
August 15th: Martin Millar - The Good Fairies of NY: A story of exiled fairies, punk rock and true love...
August 18th: Terry Pratchett - Interesting Times: Rincewind the cowardly "wizzard" has fun in the equivilant of China, while Cohen the Barbarian prepares the greatest heist of his lengthy career...
August 20th: Pratchett - The Last Continent: Rincewind again, wandering the lands of Fourecks (Australia). No worries...
August 22nd: Charles de Lint - WiddershinsJilly Coppercorn and Geordie Riddell are both FINALLY willing to admit their feelings to each other. Of course things are complicated by the feuding Fairy Courts and native Cousins (animal spirits)...

August 24th: Austin Grossman - Soon I Will Be Invincible: Dr. Impossible escapes from prison after the disappearance of his super-hero nemesis CoreFire. Can the newly reformed Champions stop his mad plan?
August 25th: Pratchett - The Light Fantastic: the 2nd book in the Discworld series. Rincewind (with help from Twoflower, Cohen and the Luggage) seems to be stuck saving the world from imminent doom. Again...
August 28th: Jasper Fforde - Lost in a Good Book: Thursday Next joins up with Jurisfiction (the group that polices the worlds of fiction) under the tutelage of Ms. Haversham. All to sneak back into Poe's "The Raven" to free Jack Schitt from where she left him and trade him for her husband. Who was eradicated from history by the Goliath Corporation and Spec Ops division in charge of policing time...
Pratchett - Hogfather: Susan, death's granddaughter has to save the spirit of Hogswatch (Christmas) from the Auditors of Reality. Oh and deal with a mad Assassin after the Tooth Fairy with only the Oh God of Hangovers for back-up...
29th: Fforde - The Well of Lost Plots: Thursday moves into the an unpublished novel while working for Jurisfiction in order to avoid the deadly threat of Goliath and Spec Ops. At least untill her son is born...
30th: Fforde - Something Rotten: Thursday returns to the "real" world along with Hamlet to visit family, restore her husband and maybe take in some croquet...
