And today I see that the US Congress decided that we don't need to actually follow the Geneva Convention anymore if we (and by we I mean his Imperial Majesty Bush) don't want to. Hey just because signatories to the Convention CAN'T WITHDRAW from it. Its in the document. And according to the Constitution, violating international treaties is the same as violating the Constitution. So thats nice. Anyone want to take odds on the Supreme Court actually striking this down?
