Sep. 13th, 2006 05:03 pmFairly substansial pull this week. And first up is the fourth issue of Truth, Justin & the American Way. This time around Justin takes a much less passive role and there are much fewer 80s sight gags. A definate step forward for the series...
Next we have Fables 53 where the Snow Queen presents her plan for conquest of the Mundy world. Plus a brief look in on Bigby, who looks into hiring a new teacher for his kids, and the Mayor's Office where they confront the newly refrogged Flycatcher. Plus a brief back-up story about hedgehogs and pie...
Then we move on to the new Casanova that has an illusionist about to become the New Buddha, robots and ninja-like thievery...
Over in Ex Machina more fall-out from the False Firefighter home invader and Mayor Hundred has some disturbing and vaguely oracular dreams...
And lastly we've got the first Transformers: Spotlight. With the premiere issue going to Shockwave. Specifically the Shockwave/Dinobot brawl on pre-historic Earth...
