Before game yesterday I also decided to go and hit Waterloo Games down in Gilbert, since I had some extra time and I was relatively close to it. Grabbed a couple cheap Rifts books to further rebuild my old collection and found Citybook IV: On the road, which I have been looking around for. Now all I need is Citybook VI, which I can't recall if they had. I'll probably try and leave early again next Sunday so I can check...
In contrast, when checking for something to buy at the store we play at (Gamer's Inn) I managed to find a couple older 2e products on sale (the Paladin splat book and the main Spelljamer boxed set). Unless they get something decent next weekend, I'll be back to buying D&D minis to try and support them...
Thats the annoying thing about Gamer's Inn. They have so little I actually want. While I go to other stores and its a matter of holding back. For example, I need to hit Game Depot at some point and pick up some of the TW sourcebooks. And the new version of RuneQuest maybe. And to see if there is anything new out that isn't Eberon, WoTC 3.5 or the new World of Darkness. NONE of which I want, and what makes up the majority of Gamer's Inn stock. Even their board games are either a: out of my price range (Descent, etc), b: something I already own (Chez Geek, Bang) or c: one of the ones I've never really wanted (Carsconne)...
