Why is it I go to the cheap-probably-use-pigeon-for-chicken roadside Mexican places and I'm fine. I go to a more upscale joint and they slather so many spices on the meat that I'm regretting my meal choice all night? I mean the point of heavy spicing is to hide bad or low quality meat...
