Health resolutions
Apr. 23rd, 2006 05:53 amAfter ANOTHER night of cramping, pain and wishing I would die (as well as missing work) its time to back on track with being healthy and dealing with diabetes...
So NO more fast food or buffets.
NO more sweets. No candy. No cookies. No pastries.
SMALLER portions at meals.
THREE regular meals, not one big meal and lots of snacks.
ONCE a month doctor appointments (which I'll discuss with whoever ends up being my new doctor after I make an appointment this week.)
What else?
THIRTY minutes of exercise a day. Doesn't matter what it is. Walk up and down the stairs for 30 minutes if I have to. Something...
