Ok. So we're both members of an internet forum/community/mailing list/cult. And over the years we've both managed to establish that we have some similar tastes. Movies/shows/books/games you've like, I've liked. Stuff I've disliked, you've disliked. Sure not everything meshes, but enough so I at least feel that your taste in the field of entertainment is worth listening to.
So when I mention a newish show that I'm hooked on, and HIGHLY recomend it, maybe you shouldn't just say you saw the commercials and feel its too stupid for you. Maybe you should trust that our tastes are similar enough to TRY THE SHOW OUT FIRST. And then if you still don't like it, fine. People have different tastes. But don't shit all over my opinion without even sampling the product...
