New Comics Day
Aug. 3rd, 2005 03:01 pmOnly 3 pulls this week, though I did grab the new GrimJack tpb from IDW. Oh and a mess of plastic d&d minis. What can I say, I've been wanting that Lord Soth figure for months now...
First up is a Zero half-priced issue of PvP. Not much to it, mostly just excerpts from old storylines to attract potential new readers. Though Kurtz does throw in a couple pages that explains why Skull joined the staff...
Next is issue 2 of Serenity. Mal takes on a new job, Book gets pissed off and some old, familiar faces return.
Last out is the new Knights of the Dinner Table. With more on Brian's Cattlepunk game and the wrap-up to the Black Hands "Plant Whisperer" storyline. And a Gamer's Rant on Episode III. And a cool desert map from Craig Zipse...
