And once again I buy something on impulse, show-casing why I can't save money. This week's impulse buy being Brian Wood's The Couriers. Its a hyperactive, super bloody action comic. Like a John Woo movie or something. I got it mostly 'cause the artist Rob G is half the creative team behind the awesome Teenagers from Mars. Still if you want a book about ultra-violent, super deadly bike messengers not a bad buy.

From my regular pull list first up is the next issue of The Question. No real action in this one, but some cool little stuff. A murder. Supes showing how he can talk with people, privately, at a distance.

Next up is the new PvP. Which is basically reprints of 2 of Kurtz's cooler stories. The first is Francis doing a fan movie. Batman and Worf team up with the X-Men to fight Vader and the Empire and rescue Indiana Jones. I'd so pay 8 bucks to see that. The second story arc is basically a John Hughes homage, about Francis and Marcy and their Spring Formal Dance. So sweet...

My final pull this week is the new Invincible. Which is mostly Mark taking on a crazy version of "Robin". Also some nice scenes with Robot. And a big reveal at the end that hints at something big with the Mechanized Man...

A discussion of the Origins Game Awards .

Dear Mr. benlehman , thank you for providing links to everything EXCEPT HackMaster in your response to the post on this years Origins award. Having never played Nobilus I can't really judge its merits vs. HackMaster. But still given that I've been playing and running the game since it was released my biased opinion is that maybe it does deserve its win...

Not that you'll ever read this since TypeKey FUCKING hates me!
