Now, if you're asking whether he is actually going to *DO* all the things he claims, then the answer is "probably not" -- Mr. Church notes in the comments section that Mr. Larkin's tirade is a fairly typical example of what Larkin calls "satirical humor".
Which is pretty fuckin' sad, when you stop to think about it...
