Well, me is considerin buyin anudder rental property... course, ya might hafta live wid sum critters chained up in yer basement, rent ta ogres not cheap, ya know. An dey duz scream a lot, at least fer da furst couple years till dey gets used to da place or me eats em, whichever cums furst.

Ennyway, me guessin da house matters is alreddy settled an dat why yer havin ta move. Iffin not, mebbe we kin talk. Sorry ta hear it doh, man. Me hates movin too, me not movin frum dis place fer da next 40 years or so.
