Because when I had written my response, I forgot that they were not radio buttons and you could vote for more than one thing. I just saw the tallied votes and thought a bunch of people had voted. And while other polls have had a lot of participants, they never come this quickly, which is why I was shocked.
And it's a Friday poll, dude. You just linked to two other polls to rebut my jovial observance. You should think of ratcheting that down a bit.
Its probably from the fact that its click boxes instead of radio buttons, allowing for multiple choices. Making it LOOK like hordes of people are voting. At least until you check to see who voted for what...
