Quirky habits
Ground Rules: The first player of this "game" starts with the topic "5 weird habits of yours" and people who get tagged need to write an LJ entry about their 5 quirky habits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next 5 people to be tagged and list their names.


See I reject that anything I do is "weird". I have come to the conclusion that I am the baseline from which normalcy should be derived...

Anyone things that others might, mistakenly, find weird:

1. Though I chew my nails, I'm also somewhat obsessive about cleaning them.

2. I buy large amounts of comics, DON'T bag/board them, and if I get bored with them at some later date, simply give them away.

3. I buy role-playing games. And by that I mean I hunt down and purchase old out-of-print systems as well as current releases. I do this in the knowledge that if I'm lucky I'll be able to play a 10th of them.

4. I find pornographic movies dull. And I'm probably the only person who actually HAS bought Playboy and Penthouse for the articles. But I'll spend hours online reading hard-core erotica.

5. I worship a God I made up in college. I place my faith and hope in Tod and thus I will be rewarded. In this world and any other. Hail Tod.

seems to me, then, the meme would be more accurately be titled "5 habits of yours that others would consider weird"...
