Lessons of pain

After watching VH1 classic during the day, specially their request style shows, I have come to an unhappy conclusion. Bands like Savatage and Dio have made me realize that D&D nerds should have their fingers broken if they even THINK about picking up a guitar and writing songs...

I mean the 80s had some horrible rock'n'roll/metal/hair bands. But the "pseudo-fantasy" ones? Eeek.

Plus of course, they can be blamed for the sheer nonsense that is Coheed & Cambria...
