New Comics Day
Fairly big haul this week.
First out of the gate is 100 Bullets, 3 or 4 or even more storylines slowly converging in Florida. Augustus' consilidating the families, Spain, Mr. Branch, Echo the art thief and the Croatan painting. Probably some more...
New Fables with the appearance of Mowgli, the revelation of a traitor in Fabletown and some set-up for the return of Bigby.
Green Arrow is mostly about Ollie and company dealing with the after effects of their house being destroyed. Also a brief cameo by Zatanna. Which is all overshadowed by HOW. MUCH. I. HATE. FOWLER'S. ART! Someone needs to break his fingers to stop the madness...
New Invincible has the culmination of Angstrom Levy and Mauler's plan for...er...actually I have no idea what there original long term plan was, but anyways they've reached the final stage...
Dork Tower #31 is out and helps show why, if someone asks you to help them set up a con, you should kick 'em in the Jimmies and set dogs on them...
And finally I decided to pick up the first issue of the Serenity mini-series. Anything to help tide me over to the movie, eh? I like how they've written all the Chinese swear words in Chinese pictograms...
